| Job Descriptions and Duties | - Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections with a focus on business casual attire. - Support the creation of detailed Tech Packs, including spec drawings and material specifications. - Research and suggest fabrics, trims, and accessories that align with design concepts and brand identity. - Conduct market and trend research to ensure designs are fresh and commercially viable. - Prepare presentation boards and visual materials for internal reviews. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure design integrity during sampling and manufacturing processes. - Participate in fit sessions and assist with feedback for adjustments. - Support the transition of initial concepts to production-ready designs. - Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment. |
| Academic Qualifications | - Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. |
