Payment Methods

1. Online Payment

Mobile app demo:

2. Cheque

The cheque should be crossed and made payable to "Vocational Training Council";
Please write the Applicant's name and the programme name on the back of the cheque;
The cheque can be submitted in person or by mail to HKDI-PEEC.

3. Cash

Course fees can be paid by cash in person at HKDI-PEEC Office.

4. HSBC or Hang Seng Bank ATM

Select "Bill Payment Services"
Select "Education - Others"
Select "Vocational Training Council"
Select Bill Account Category "Others 10"
Enter the Bill Account Number*
Enter the payment amount
Print the payment receipt
Send a copy of the payment advice via email

5. JETCO ATM

Select "Bill Payment Services"
Select "Merchant Code Entry"
Key in Merchant Code "9151"
Select Bill Account Category "Others 10"
Enter the Bill Account Number*
Enter the payment amount
Print the payment advice
Send a copy of the payment advice via email
