Bridging Course (Design Concept and CAD) (67103M)
The Bridging Course is exclusively available for students enrolled in the Professional Diploma. It is a prerequisite for beginners in interior design before they can begin the Professional Diploma. Portfolio review and interview may be required.
課程概覽
室內設計專業文憑培養學員室內設計師所需的專業觸覺和設計技巧，並讓學員了解業界發展及設計趨勢。
課程共九個單元 (每個單元30小時)，包括:
- 室內設計圖像媒介：從平面繪圖開始，探索何謂設計、提升繪圖精準度、製作數碼立體模型與效果圖，掌握多媒體設計軟件應用如AutoCAD、SketchUp、3D Max及V-Ray
- 室內設計項目：以設計思維過程及用戶體驗為基礎，學習空間規劃、特定場所類型學及建材選擇，應用於住宅和商業項目，以及一個自訂項目
- 室內設計實務：講解建築材料和技術、設計諮詢和項目管理，以及改建／加建工程等的專業實務知識
這是一個室內設計課程——以用家行為和體驗為出發點，而不僅是室內裝潢。課程教授設計方法和設計思維，引導學員發展出設計方案。如你是新晉室內設計師，或已於業內發展一段時間，希望在空間設計方面尋求突破而修讀這個課程，請準備好捲起衣袖，以開放的心態探索新構想，並接受批評。
我們為室內設計初學者提供以下銜接課程，在修讀上述專業文憑前打好必要基礎:
- CAD入門：熟悉AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe Creative Suite等設計軟件
- 室內設計理念：適應設計工作室的教育環境和文化，熟習設計師的思維方式

Graduates of the PD are eligible to apply for the Full Membership of the Hong Kong Interior Design Association (HKIDA) together with the following:
- holders of Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
- minimum 5 years of interior design working/ practical professional experience in interior design / interior architecture

入學要求
Basic Qualification
| (a) | - | Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent; OR |
| - | Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese Languages, or equivalent; OR | |
| - | Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board; OR | |
| - | Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above AND a pass in an entrance assessment, which can be either oral or written; OR | |
| - | Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by respective Programme Board AND a pass in an entrance assessment, which can be either oral or written. | |
| (b) | Applicants are required to have at least 1 year of relevant working experience. | |

Mature Applicants
Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above with at least two years’ relevant working experience, can be admitted. Where appropriate, the applicant may be required to pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form.
