The Hong Kong International Photo Festival Flare 2013 will offer a series of activities to explore the possibilities of photography. An exhibition titled "300 Families" will show Hong Kong family portraits taken by 12 photography artists.Teaching and learning related activites such as seminars, portfolio review sessions and small exhibtiions will be organized on 28-29 September to provide a platform for cultural exchange.
