The Leadership Forum on Service Design 2023, as part of the BODW 2023,  is a co-organised event of HKDI and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design. This year, the Leadership Forum themed “Exploring Diverse Facets of Service Design: Socio-technical Cases and Narratives”  is scheduled on 24 November 2023, as a hybrid event. The Forum brings together industry professionals and academic leaders to share their perspectives and insights, subsequently to carve out a preferred design curriculum that embraces the dynamic business environment.
