Master Lecture Series – The Core of Design
Speaker: Nozomu Okada, Japanese Product Designer
Japanese industrial designer, Mr. OKADA graduated in product design in UK. After graduation, he moved back to Tokyo, and worked as a senior product designer at the design Studio of internationally acclaimed product designer: Naoto Fukasawa, and in-charged most of his signature works. In 2013, Mr. OKADA moved to Hong Kong and established a design oriented firm: NOZO COMPANY LIMITED.
In the lecture, Mr. OKADA will explore the core values in design; he will explain about the deep and holistic user understanding, visualization of new possibilities, and how to develop the essence in design that are beneficial to the entire interdependent system of user, lifestyle, and environment.
